Free returns within 30 days of receiving the item. When you approach us for return, believe us we will be more than happy to help you because it’s a Great opportunity for us to show you our honesty and transparency. We will also get your feedback to improve our product and services. When you don’t like something, we encourage you to return it, because when you don’t return it then it is lost situation for both of us. In no return/ exchange cases, you lose your money and we lose your trust, and we very well understand trust is more precious than money. So please do support us in this journey to to earn more more trust - as that's the most precious thing while operating a business.
Return or Exchange Requests - Returning with Teacurry is even easier than ordering one. You can place return requests online over a simple email on firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling / Whatsapp us on our company phone numbers. Within 24 hours we will confirm the Refund or Exchange and then you can ship the parcel to your nearest Teacurry warehouse. You just need to bear the return shipping charge.

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start an exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com with photos of the parcel you have received.
If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a return address (based on your nearest location), as well as instructions to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please keep the below steps in mind for the exchange:
- You need to send 4 pictures of the tea pack (from all sides) and a short video of the packet in the mail to email@example.com, for our quality team to inspect and grant you the exchange approval.
- Please do let us know in the email, which tea you would need in replacement or in case you want to return the complete order. Please note that the newly selected tea should be of at least the same value as the previous tea. Any additional difference can be paid by you before dispatching of the new tea.
- Only dispatch the existing tea pack once you have received a confirmation mail from our side for the return or exchange approval. Approvals usually go out in less than 24 hours of receiving your request.
- Please try using the same box for exchange - the one you received the pack in, initially. However, it’s totally okay if you have misplaced the original box and packaging.
- You can always keep the free samples of teas, which you might have received in the parcel as part of marketing. Please just return the original product, that’s it.
- There will be a small extra charge of the courier cost of new tea, which will come as a pre informed charge to you (to be paid over PayPal), with the new dispatch order.
- Once we receive your parcel of existing order we will take it through a quick quality check, post which we will dispatch your new order.
Refund or Exchange
Once we receive the return shipment, 100% refund will be initiated within 24 hours and you will receive it in your bank account/ Credit card within 5 to 7 days (timing depends on your local bank). Refund is only possible once we have received your dispatched parcel with the tea bags/ packs as ordered. For exchange, we will dispatch your selected items once we receive your parcel at any of our warehouses.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
