Shipping and Dispatch

When you add an item to the cart, shipping costs are automatically calculated on the basis of order value and package weight, chosen by you. Orders received before Noon usually ship out the same business day. Orders received after this time generally leave the next business day. Our delivery partners include names like DHL, FedEx, UPS and TNT.  Though no orders are delivered on Sundays we make sure that you receive your orders at the earliest.

Domestic Shipping in US

For shipping to destinations within US and States, we primarily work with Bluedart and DHL. We use Fedex, or EMS for Out of Delivery Areas (ODA). Usually, all our domestic orders are received by our customers within a 10 working day period.

- FREE Shipping is applicable for all orders above $34.99

- For orders between $20 and $34.99 we charge a courier cost of $9.99 for standard shipping, which is calculated automatically and added to your cart on checkout.

- For orders below $19.99 we charge a courier cost as $19.99 for standard shipping, which is calculated automatically and added to your cart on checkout.

International Shipping outside US

For international shipping, we work primarily with DHL, FedEx, EMS and Air Mail to deliver our teas worldwide. Express service (DHL/FedEx) takes up to 7-10 working days for delivery, EMS Speed Post takes up to 10-12 working days for delivery and Air Mail takes up to 15 days for delivery.

We charge shipping costs as per actuals. We will reach out over email and phone call if there is any extra cost to be incurred because of changing courier/ international charges. Prices may vary based on the country and on volumetric weight. However as a thumb rule we charge the below:

- FREE Shipping is applicable for all orders above $34.99

- For orders between $20 and $34.99 we charge a courier cost of $13.99 for standard shipping, which is calculated automatically and added to your cart on checkout.

- For orders below $19.99 we charge a courier cost as $19.99 for standard shipping, which is calculated automatically and added to your cart on checkout

However this may vary at times because of cross border transit charges.

Specific Cases to Note

It has been notified that the Customs Department in some countries - Qatar, Italy, Spain, Costa-Rica, Czech Republic, Israel and Germany have begun charging an additional amount (around 5% extra) as a Custom Clearance fee. We at Teacurry work with the customs clearance departments of different countries to ensure that the package reaches you as quickly as possible, but in these specific cases, the additional charge will have to be borne by the customer. However, this is not the case with other countries across the globe.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopen or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@teacurry.us and we will let you know all the steps based on the country of order.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
