Shipping Cost Calculation

  • Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on order value and package weight.
  • The final shipping fee is displayed before order confirmation.

Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 12:00 noon are generally dispatched on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 noon are dispatched on the next business day.
  • Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to logistical or external factors beyond our control.

Delivery Partners

  • We work with reliable courier partners including DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS, and registered Air Mail services.

Domestic Shipping (Within the United States)

  • Domestic deliveries are primarily handled through DHL and FedEx.
  • EMS is used for Out-of-Delivery-Area (ODA) locations.
  • Orders are typically delivered within 4–5 business days from dispatch.
  • Shipping charges are calculated automatically and added at checkout.

International Shipping (Outside the United States)

  • International deliveries are fulfilled through DHL, FedEx, EMS Speed Post, or Air Mail.
  • Estimated delivery timelines:
    • Express courier (DHL/FedEx): 3–5 business days
    • EMS Speed Post: 7–8 business days
    • Air Mail: up to 10 business days
  • Shipping charges are calculated as per actual carrier rates and displayed at checkout.

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges

  • Certain countries may levy customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or clearance fees on imported goods.
  • These charges are determined by the destination country’s local authorities.
  • Teacurry is not responsible for any customs or clearance charges.
  • All such charges must be borne by the customer.
  • Customs fees cannot be calculated or displayed at checkout.
  • Customers are advised to review local import regulations before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Customers should inspect orders upon delivery.
  • Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported immediately at admin@teacurry.us with order details and images.
  • Items are eligible for return only if unused, unopened, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • Returns must be requested before sending items back.
  • Unauthorized return shipments will not be accepted.
  • Approved returns will receive a return shipping label and instructions.
