Steps to Prepare
- TIMING - You need to drink 1 scoop of Sleepy Time Drink Mix on a daily basis, immediately after any meal. Don't skip cups, however in case you miss it then it's better to take it delayed rather than skipping it. You should take it on all days irrespective of period days, ovulation days, travelling or fasting. Start as soon as you receive the pack and repeat the order at least 7-10 Days in advance so as to avoid any gaps because of delivery time.
- PREPARATION - Take 1 scoop of the powder in hot boiled water or milk (100 ml). Spoon comes in the pack. It is suggested not to boil the powder directly on fire. Stir the powder and your instant drink is ready to be enjoyed. Avoid using sugar with this instant powder. Being a herbal powder temperature will not affect the effectiveness of the powder. You can drink it hot or cold
- DURATION - Every individual is different and everybody has a different set of health matrix. It is very difficult to predict a perfect timeline for the use of the powder, however we have seen most individuals achieving a good visible wellness matrix in around 80-85 days of constant use.
