I started taking this daily from June 16th to now, so basically a month or more. I’ve also paired it with DIM and my daily probiotics. I have pcos and given the stressful pandemic, I broke out like CRAZY. You can see a clear up already along with less redness! I like the flavor of tea and also it is helpful to cure acne if you have this problem because of hormonal imbalance.

I was pretty hesitant before buying this product as the previous reviews said that they got tea containing insects or bugs unit but I haven’t got like that. it has a very nice scent, the flavor is also good so u should try it
